Why should I use RedbirdQ?

RedbirdQ can help you be a social media rockstar in three ways:

1) Saves you time.  You can write a bunch of social media posts, choose which social profiles you’d like them posted to, and then RedbirdQ will send them out for you throughout the day.  This makes it so your social media is always active…even when you’re away from your computer.  RedbirdQ also helps you find awesome content.  Our clients have found that 70% of time spent on social is dedicated towards finding content.  RedbirdQ looks at the articles you’re sharing, and finds similar articles that are viral online. This helps you find more content in your niche…ultimately saving you time.

2) Optimizes your exposure.  Finding the right hashtag for a post has always been a guessing game.  RedbirdQ eliminates the guessing game by suggesting popular hashtags around your social posts.  Using popular hashtags increases the visibility of your posts.  It also makes suggestions on influencers around your posts.  Mentioning an influencer can sometimes result in a retweet from them…which results in greater exposure for you.  Additionally RedbirdQ tracks when your followers are online.  This helps us calculate the best times for you to share for maximum exposure.

3) We track everything.  We track what types of posts are getting the most reach, and engagement.  This gives you an idea of the types of content your audience likes.

How does RedbirdQ work?

RedbirdQ is the last social publisher you’ll ever need.

Once you’re signed up for RedbirdQ social sharing becomes easy.  When you find an article online that you want to share simply click the little Redbird icon in the upper right hand corner of your browser.  This will cause the RedbirdQ publishing window to appear.  Type the message that you want to share.  Deselect the networks you don’t want to share to by clicking their picture, or using the little plus icon located in the lower left hand corner of the publishing window to select which networks you want to share to.  Select the analytics button (little graph) in the publishing window to find viral content, hashtags, and influencers around that post.  Click the picture icon to select a picture you’d like to include.  You can use the little highlighter pen to select parts of the article you want to quote too.  When you’re ready to share you can press queue to automatically queue your post to be shared later, you can post now, or you can press schedule.  When you press schedule your post will appear in your dashboard.  Simply drag and drop the post onto you calendar to schedule it.

Why should I upgrade to RedBirdQ + ?

Upgrading to RedBirdQ + will unlock:

  • 100 Posts: RedBirdQ only allows you to schedule 10 posts at a time.  With RedBirdQ + you can add up to 100 posts to your queue
  • Unlimited Queues: RedBirdQ only allows you to have 1 queue.  With RedBirdQ + you can have an unlimited amount of queues.

How do I find out what time my posts are scheduled for?

Go to your Redbird dashboard, and look at your calendar.  Here you’ll see all of the posts that are scheduled.  When you click on a post it will tell you the time it’s going out.

For queued posts you can simply click on the queue tab that’s located next to unscheduled.  Posts appearing above others will go out at the next queue time.  You can also click on the red queue time on your calendar to see which post is scheduled to go out during that time.

My posts are going out at the wrong time.

Posts that are going out at the wrong time are usually due to your time zone being incorrect on your computer.  Make sure the clock on your computer is set to the right time zone.
